AMERICAN ROAST
Even, chestnut brown color.
FULL CITY ROAST
Dark brown color but with no traces of oil on the beans' surface.
VIENNESE ROAST
Dark brown color with a small amount of oil on the surface of the beans.
FRENCH ROAST
Very dark brown color; large amounts of oil on the surface of the beans.
ITALIAN ROAST
Almost black, with large amounts of oil on the surface of the beans. Can have a strong burnt or bitter taste
