One of the most famous coffees of the world. Coffee production in Sumatra began in the 18th century under colonial domination, introduced first to the northern region of Aceh around Laut Tawar Lake. Most coffee is produced around the Lake Toba region, in the sub-regions of Lintong Nihuta, Sumbul, and the aforementioned Takengon. This coffee is distinguished for it's richness, full-body, long finish and complexity. Sumatra carries itself well with milk. A dry process contributes to it's unique flavor characteristics. A true joy to coffee lovers!

New GuineaPapua New Guinea
This coffee is grown in the eastern half of New Guinea known as Papua New Guinea. Grown on small farms in high rugged mountains. Much of the seed stock on Papua New Guinea is planted from the Jamaican Blue Mountain var. typical Arabica. New Guinea is high on flavor, long on aftertaste, and very heavenly bodied and vibrant in upper tones.
